RUX OKSIDI (ZnO (Z8)) PLYONKASIDA LAZER IMPULS ENERGIYASIGA BOG‘LIQ NOCHIZIQLI -OPTIK REFRAKSIYA VA YUTILISH XUSUSIYATLARINI Z-SCAN USULIDA TADQIQ QILISH

Annotatsiya
Ushbu tezisda bir nurlik Z-scan usuli yordamida rux oksidi (ZnO (Z8)) yupqa plyonkasining yaqin infraqizil diapazondagi (λ = 1030 nm) nolineyn-optik (NLO) xossalari turli lazer impuls energiyalarida (Ep = 500 μJ va Ep = 1000 μJ) tadqiq etildi. Eksperimental natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, Ep = 500 μJ impuls energiyasida materialda to‘yinuvchan yutilish (SA, Tmax ≈ 1,025) va manfiy nolineyn refraksiya (n2 < 0, o‘z-o‘zini defokuslash) kuzatildi. Impuls energiyasi Ep = 1000 μJ gacha oshirilganda esa nolineyn yutilish teskari to‘yinuvchan yutilish (RSA, Tmin ≈ 0,980) xarakteriga o‘tdi va nolineyn refraksiya musbat ishoraga ega bo‘ldi (n2 > 0, o‘z-o‘zini fokuslash, ΔTp-v ≈ 0,036). Olingan natijalar ZnO (Z8) plyonkasining lazer impuls energiyasiga bog‘liq nolineyn-optik xususiyatlarini ko‘rsatib, uning optik modulyatorlar va yuqori intensivlikdagi lazer nurlanishini cheklashga mo‘ljallangan optik cheklagichlarda qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini ko‘rsatadi.
