VIRUSLI GEPATIT A KASALLIGINING ASORATI

Abstract
Virusli gepatit A (HAV) ko‘pincha o‘z-o‘zidan cheklanuvchi infeksiya bo‘lsada, amaliyotda ahamiyatli asoratlar kuzatiladi: cho‘zilgan xolestaz, qaytalanuvchi gepatit, o‘tkir buyrak shikastlanishi, pankreatit, akalkulyoz xolesistit, autoimmun fenomenlar, G6FD yetishmovchiligida gemoliz va kam hollarda fulminant jigar yetishmovchiligi. Maqsad: HAV asoratlarining spektri, chastotasi va ularni belgilovchi omillarni tavsiflash hamda natijalarni zamonaviy adabiyotlar fonida baholash. Usullar: 2018–2024 yillarda bitta markazda laboratoriya bilan tasdiqlangan HAV holatlarining retrospektiv kohort tahlili. Demografik, klinik, laborator va natija ma’lumotlari standart shakllar bilan yig‘ildi. Oldindan belgilangan asoratlar qayd etildi; og‘ir natijalar (fulminant jigar yetishmovchiligi, reanimatsiya ehtiyoji, o‘lim) uchun ko‘p omilli logistika regressiyasi bajarildi.
