KLINIK AMALIYOT DAVRIDA TIBBIYOT TALABALARINING STRESS DARAJASI VA KASBIY MOSLASHUVINI BAHOLASH

Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekiston tibbiyot oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalarida kundalik stress, o‘qish–kasbiy moslashuv va ruhiy salomatlik o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Tibbiyot talabalari o‘qish jarayonida yuqori darajadagi akademik yuklama, klinik amaliyot, ilmiy faoliyat va kelajakdagi kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorgarlik sababli kuchli stress omillariga duch keladilar. Tadqiqotda kesim (cross-sectional) so‘rov usuli qo‘llanilib, standartlashtirilgan psixologik o‘lchov vositalari yordamida ma’lumotlar yig‘ildi. Natijalar kundalik stress darajasi oshishi bilan ruhiy salomatlik ko‘rsatkichlarining yomonlashishi va o‘qish–kasbiy moslashuv darajasining pasayishi o‘rtasida sezilarli bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, o‘qish–kasbiy moslashuv stress va ruhiy salomatlik o‘rtasidagi munosabatda qisman vositachilik rolini bajarishi aniqlandi. Ushbu natijalar tibbiyot talabalari ruhiy salomatligini yaxshilash va ularning kasbiy moslashuvini qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun muhim ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
