Abstrak

V–VI sinf o‘quvchilarida yugurish chidamliligini maqsadli rivojlantirish bir vaqtning o‘zida me’yorlangan yuklamani ta’minlaydigan, o‘quvchilarning rag‘batini saqlab qoladigan va oddiy jismoniy tarbiya darsi sharoitida amalga oshirish mumkin bo‘lgan vositalarni talab qiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi V–VI sinf o‘quvchilarining chidamliligini rivojlantirish uchun pog‘onama-pog‘ona oshirib boruvchi tezlikdagi mokisimon yugurishni qo‘llash samaradorligini baholashdan iborat edi. Pedagogik tajribada har birida 16-17 nafardan o‘quvchi bo‘lgan uchta qiyosiy guruhga ajratilgan 50 nafar maktab o‘quvchisi ishtirok etdi. “A” guruhida haftada bir marta pog‘onama-pog‘ona oshirib boruvchi tezlikdagi mokisimon yugurish qo‘llanildi; “B” guruhida 5-7 daqiqa davom etadigan bir maromdagi yugurishdan foydalanildi; “V” guruhida esa chidamlilik darslarni an’anaviy kompleks tashkil etish doirasida rivojlantirildi.
