This thesis highlights the scientific and methodological foundations of the gradual elimination of typhlopedagogical problems encountered in the process of forming musical literacy in blind and visually impaired students. The study consistently models the stages of diagnostics, adaptation, compensatory development and stabilization. Observation and analysis of pedagogical experience are used as methods. As a scientific innovation, an algorithm for tactile-audio integration of notation is proposed.
