TURAR XONADONLARNI SOTISH JARAYONINI ONLAYN NAZORAT QILISH PLATFORMASINI LOYIHALASH: MIKROSERVISLAR ARXITEKTURASI, MA'LUMOTLAR BAZASI VA UI/UX METODOLOGIYASI

Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada turar xonadonlarni sotish jarayonini onlayn nazorat qilish platformasining loyihalash metodologiyasi taqdim etilgan. Platforma 8 ta mustaqil mikroservisdan (Auth, Listing, Search, Transaction, Payment, Messaging, Analytics, Media) iborat arxitekturaga asoslangan. Texnologik stek sifatida React.js + Next.js 14 (frontend), NestJS (backend), PostgreSQL 16 + PostGIS (asosiy baza), ElasticSearch 8.12 (qidirish), Redis 7.2 (kesh), RabbitMQ (xabar navbat), Socket.IO (real-time) tanlangan. Ma'lumotlar bazasi 14 ta jadvaldan iborat bo'lib, 3NF normalizatsiya qoidalariga muvofiq loyihalangan. RESTful API OpenAPI 3.0 spetsifikatsiyasiga muvofiq 12 ta asosiy endpoint bilan ishlab chiqilgan. 50 nafar potentsial foydalanuvchi bilan o'tkazilgan intervyu natijasida firibgarlikdan himoya (4,9/5) va ishonchli narx ma'lumoti (4,8/5) eng yuqori ustuvorliklar sifatida aniqlangan. Tranzaksiya boshqaruvi moduli 9 ta holatli state machine asosida loyihalangan. Xavfsizlik tizimi JWT, OAuth 2.0, 2FA, TLS 1.3, KYC va escrow mexanizmlarini o'z ichiga oladi
