Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada baland tog‘li hududlarda (dengiz sathidan 2500 metrdan yuqori) harakatlanish va yashashning inson psixologiyasi hamda kognitiv funktsiyalariga ta’sirini har tomonlama tahlil qiladi. Gipobarik gipoksiya sharoitida miya faoliyatidagi o‘z garishlar, xotira, diqqat, qaror qabul qilish jarayonlarining pasayishi va hissiy holatlarning (eyforiya, depressiya, tajovuzkorlik) dinamikasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda Markaziy Osiyo (Pomir va Tyan-Shan) mintaqalaridagi etnik guruhlar va migratsiya qiluvchi aholi o'rtasidagi psixofiziologik farqlar, shuningdek, aklimatizatsiya strategiyalarining samaradorligi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, baland tog‘li muhit nafaqat vaqtinchalik psixologik buzilishlarni, balki uzoq muddatli ta’sir natijasida miyaning strukturaviy o‘z garishlarini ham keltirib chiqarishi mumkin. Ushbu tahlil alpinistlar, harbiy xizmatchilar va baland tog‘li hududlarda faoliyat yurituvchi mutaxassislar uchun amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z  ichiga oladi..
