Oʻpkaning surunkali obstruktiv kasalligi (O‘SOK) tizimli yallig'lanish va gipoksiya bilan kechib, hayotiy muhim aʼzolar, xususan, buyraklar funksiyasining buzilishiga olib keladi. Anʼanaviy markerlar (zardob kreatinini, eGFR) buyraklar subklinik shikastlanishini erta bosqichlarda aniqlashda yetarli sezgirlikka ega emas.
