This article examines the role of personnel management in improving the efficiency of educational organizations in the context of educational reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of personnel management, identifies the specific features of managing employees in educational institutions, and examines the influence of personnel policy, staff motivation, and professional development on organizational performance. Special attention is paid to current challenges in personnel management in the educational sector and possible directions for improvement.Загрузки
