Abstract:
Ushbu tezis start-aplar uchun barqaror va moslashuvchan biznes modelini ishlab chiqishda Business Model Canvas (BMC) va Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) ning nazariy asoslarini amaliy jihatdan muhokama qiladi. Mavjud bozor sharoitlarida yangi mahsulotni muvaffaqiyatli ishga tushirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan metodologiyalar — Minimum Viable Product (MVP) kontseptsiyasi va Rapid Prototyping (tezkor prototiplash) texnologiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Tezisning asosiy maqsadi — BMC va VPC yordamida strategik rejalashtirishni MVP orqali tezkor sinovdan o‘tkazish va takomillashtirish jarayonini ko‘rsatib berishdan iborat. Bu yondashuv start-aplar uchun xatar (risk)larni kamaytirish, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va mijozlar talablariga tezkor javob berish imkonini beradi.
