Annotatsiya
Mazkur tezisda qishloq xo‘jaligida ozon texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning ekologik va texnologik afzalliklari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilingan. Ozonning yuqori oksidlovchi xususiyati urug‘lik materiallarini zararsizlantirish, qishloq xo‘jaligi mahsulotlaridagi mikrobiologik ifloslanishni kamaytirish, don va urug‘larni saqlashda ombor zararkunandalarini nazorat qilish, mikotoksin hamda ayrim pestitsid qoldiqlarini parchalash imkonini beradi. Ozonning ishlovdan keyin tez parchalanishi va doimiy kimyoviy qoldiq hosil qilmasligi ushbu texnologiyaning muhim ekologik afzalligi hisoblanadi. Shu bilan birga, uning gazsimon va suvda eritilgan shakllarda qo‘llanishi, issiqlik bilan ishlov berishni talab qilmasligi hamda mavjud saqlash va qayta ishlash tizimlariga integratsiyalash imkoniyati texnologik jihatdan muhimdir.
