Аннотация

Ushbu ilmiy tezisda maktab yoshidagi bolalarda oqsil-energetik yetishmovchilik (OEY) fonida tana tarkibida yuz beradigan to‘qimaviy hamda bioenergetik siljishlar ko‘p komponentli bioimpedansmetriya (MEDASS BIA) yordamida kompleks o‘rganilgan. Klinik kuzatuvga olingan 6–13 yoshli 20 nafar bolaning (10 nafar OEY va 10 nafar sog‘lom) biofizik va antropometrik ko‘rsatkichlari taqqoslanganda, standart tana vazni indeksiga (TVI) nisbatan BIA mezonlarining (Faza burchagi, Aktiv kletka massasi, Yog‘ massasi, Asosiy almashinuv) subklinik bosqichda tizimli oqsilli va metabolik defitsitni erta aniqlashdagi yuqori diagnostik axborotdorligi va sezgirligi isbotlangan.
