Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive clinical analysis of central nervous system (CNS) disorders occurring during the perinatal period. It explores the etiology, risk factors, and clinical manifestations of conditions such as hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhages, and metabolic disturbances. The research emphasizes the importance of early neurological assessment and integrated diagnostic approaches to predict long-term outcomes. The findings aim to optimize management strategies to reduce disability rates in neonates.
