Abstract

Bugʼdoy dunyodagi eng asosiy donli ekinlardan biri hisoblanadi. Bugʼdoydan oziq ekini sifatida foydalanib uning donidan yorma olinadi, unidan non va boshqa non mahsulotlar tayyorlanadi Non mahsulotlari xush taʼmligi va sifatliligi bilan ajralib turadi va yetarli kaloriyaga ega. Inson oʼzining xayotiy faoliyati uchun kerak boʼladigan energiyaning 20% ni bugʼdoy hisobiga toʼldiradi
