Gemorragik insultdan so‘ng nutq va yutish buzilishi ko‘pincha harakat nuqsoni bilan birga kechadi. Bemorda so‘zni tushunish yoki aytish qiyinlashishi, buyruqlarni bajarishdagi xatolar, ovqatlanishda yo‘tal, ovqat qoldig‘ining og‘izda qolishi, suyuqlik ichganda ovozning o‘zgarishi, dori qabul qilishdagi noqulaylik kuzatilishi mumkin. Bunday belgilar kundalik faoliyatni cheklab, aspiratsiya, ovqatlanish yetishmovchiligi va parvarish yukining ortishiga sabab bo‘ladi [1, 7, 8].
