Abstrak

Dorivor o‘simliklar tarkibidagi biologik faol moddalarni aniqlash va ularning farmakologik xususiyatlarini o‘rganish zamonaviy farmatsevtika fanlarining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ayniqsa, tabiiy polifenol birikmalarining organizmga keng tarmoqli biologik ta’sir ko‘rsatishi, nisbatan kam toksikligi hamda yangi dori vositalarini yaratishda muhim xomashyo sifatida e’tirof etilishi bilan ahamiyatlidir. Anor (Punica granatum L.) po’stlog’i qadim zamondan dorivor o‘simlik mahsuloti sifatida qo‘llanilib kelingan. Uning po‘stlog‘i polifenollar, flavonoidlar, fenol kislotalari va gidrolizlanuvchi taninlarga boy bo‘lib, ularning ichidagi eng muhim modda punikalagin hisoblanadi. Bu birikma ellagitanninlar sinfiga mansub bo‘lib, kuchli antioksidant ta’siri, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, antimikrob, antiviral hamda antikarsinogen xususiyatlari bilan ajralib turadi. So‘nggi yillarda punikalaginning molekulyar ta’sir mexanizmlarini aniqlash, uning farmakokinetik xususiyatlarini o‘rganish va turli dori vositalarini yaratish bo‘yicha ko‘plab ilmiy izlanishlar olib borilmoqda. Shu sababli ushbu biofaol birikmaning kimyoviy xususiyatlari hamda farmakologik ta’sirini ilmiy manbalar asosida umumlashtirish dolzarb ilmiy masalalardan biri hisoblanadi.
