Mazkur tezisda shaharsozlik loyihalarini kompyuter grafikasi vositasida vizual modellashtirish jarayonida yuzaga kelayotgan dolzarb ilmiy-texnik muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, heterogen masshtabdagi maʼlumotlarni (GIS va BIM) integratsiyalash, nuqtalar bulutini qattiq geometriyaga avtomatik konvertatsiya qilish hamda fotorealistik vizualizatsiya va muhandislik aniqligi o‘rtasidagi uzilish muammolari o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot davomida protsessual modellashtirish, NeRF (Neural Radiance Fields) asosidagi neyron rekonstruksiya hamda BIM-GIS gibrid integratsiyasiga tayangan holda ushbu muammolarni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan innovatsion metodologiya taklif etiladi. Olingan natijalar loyihalashdagi vaqt sarfini 70% gacha tejash va fazoviy to‘qnashuvlarni 40% ga kamaytirish imkonini bergan.Iqtiboslar
