THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL PROBLEMS OF CONTRACTUAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF LAND LEASE RELATION

This article analyzes the increase in investment attractiveness in the lease of land plots intended for agriculture, the equality of the rights of the tenant and the landlord and their contractual and legal guarantees. The nature of land relations in the context of private and public law was studied, the experience of national legislation and foreign countries (Great Britain, the Netherlands) was compared. At the end of the study, proposals were put forward aimed at rational use of land, maintaining soil fertility and protecting the interests of the tenant while introducing long-term capital.
