Abstrak

Ushbu tezisda “Hamkorbank” misolida banklarda mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Tezisning maqsadi – bankning front-ofis faoliyati, mijozlar bilan munosabatlar va xizmat sifatini oshirish yo‘llarini aniqlashdir. Ish davomida “Hamkorbank”ning amaliy tajribasi, front-ofis xodimlarining ish jarayoni va mijozlar fikri tahlil qilinadi.
