This article provides a systematic analysis of the regulatory framework and methodological mechanisms of implementing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) educational technology in primary schools. Based on concrete data, the role of next-generation textbooks developed within the National Curriculum, particularly the integrated "Science" course, is highlighted. The author proposes a 5-stage universal methodological model adapted to the cognitive characteristics of primary school students and advances practical recommendations to enhance lesson effectiveness and student engagement.References
