Abstract

This article investigates the didactic potential for developing the skills of future specialists in working with new-generation textbooks within the higher education system. In line with the demands of the modern information society, the unique features of new-generation textbooks and their role in organizing interactive, multimedia-based, and independent learning are highlighted. Furthermore, the article substantiates the didactic conditions and methodological recommendations aimed at fostering students' ability to analyze textbook information, think creatively, and apply their knowledge in practice.
