This thesis provides a comparative study of Uzbek and French tourist discourse with a focus on linguocultural meaning-making. The aim is to identify how values, spatial images, and hospitality concepts are verbalized in promotional texts, guided narration, and tourist reviews. Methods include discourse analysis, cognitive-semantic interpretation, and pragmalinguistics. The novelty lies in a systematic account of shared etiquette patterns and divergent cultural scripts across Uzbek and French datasets.References
