This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the main criteria and indicators for evaluating educational effectiveness. The methods used to determine the quality of the educational process, assessment systems, and their practical significance are highlighted. Ways to increase educational efficiency by assessing students' knowledge, skills, and abilities are also considered. The article proposes criteria for determining effectiveness based on modern pedagogical approaches.References
