Abstract

This article discusses the system of tasks used in developing written speech, their classification, methodological foundations, and the skills they help form in students. The scientific views of linguist-methodologists in this field are analyzed, and the criteria for classifying written speech tasks are substantiated. In addition, the educational and developmental significance of these tasks is revealed.
