Abstract

This article highlights the pedagogical and psychological foundations of developing emotional leadership in primary school students. The formation of such qualities as emotional regulation, cooperation, communication skills, and positive influence on peers during group activities is analyzed. In addition, effective methods and tools for developing emotional leadership in primary education are discussed.
