This article analyzes the socio-legal nature, specific features, and practical law enforcement problems of the institution of compulsory community service within the system of administrative punishments. It scientifically substantiates the issues of preventing the degradation of human dignity during the execution of punishment, introducing civil-legal or electronic contracts instead of traditional labor contracts for short-term work, and applying adapted alternative forms of this punishment to minors. Furthermore, proposals are put forward to integrate “Smart Policing” and geolocation technologies into the system to eliminate corruption risks and enhance the effectiveness of monitoring the execution of the sentence.Downloads
