Abstract

This article deeply analyzes the cognitive-psychological approach of a facilitator in the field of pedagogy. It examines methods by which facilitators can enhance educational effectiveness by understanding learners' perception, thinking, and emotional processes. The paper emphasizes the importance of applying cognitive and psychological principles to awaken learners' intrinsic motivation, support their personal development, and create an optimal learning environment. The findings provide facilitators with theoretical and practical foundations to be more effective in modern pedagogical practice. This approach serves to foster a holistically developed individual within the upbringing process.
