This article examines the role of Segment Routing (SR-MPLS) technology in modern computer networks and its impact on network management. The study analyzes the distinctive features of SR-MPLS compared to traditional routing methods, its capabilities for efficient traffic management, and its advantages in simplifying network infrastructure. In addition, the importance of this technology in network security, scalability, and process automation is highlighted. The article also presents conclusions about the effectiveness of SR-MPLS-based management in corporate and provider networks.References
