Raqamli xizmatlar koʻrsatish xarajatlarni ma’lum darajada kamaytirishga yordam beradi va oʻz navbatida raqamli xizmatlarni taqdim qilgan bank daromadga ham erishadi. Bundan tashqari ijtimoiy tarmoqlar, messenjerlar orqali mijozlarning afzalliklarini oʻrganish mijozlarning manfaatlariga muvofiq raqamli bank mahsulotini yaratish bankning raqobatbardoshligini oshiradi. Zero, bozorda bankning ulushi qanchalik katta boʻlsa, uning foydasini oshirish ehtimoli ham shunchalik yuqoridir.
