UMUMIY SIYDIK TAHLILIDA AVTOMATIK ANALIZATORLARDAN FOYDALANISH SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH

Annotatsiya
Maqolada Toshkent shahar tibbiy maslahat-diagnostika markazida umumiy siydik tahlilini o‘tkazishda avtomatik analizator (Urit-2000) bilan qo‘lda mikroskopiya usulining samaradorligi qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida jami 370 ta siydik namunasi tekshirilgan, shundan 87 tasi faqat qo‘lda mikroskopik usulda, 283 tasi avtomatik analizatorda o‘rganilgan. Metodlar orasidagi mos kelish darajasini aniqlash uchun 39 ta namuna ikkala usulda parallel tekshirilgan, analizatorning takrorlanuvchanligini (reproduktivligini) baholash uchun esa 10 ta namuna har biri 5 martadan (jami 50 o‘lchov) analizatorda qayta tekshirilgan. Olingan natijalar avtomatik analizatorning tezkorligi, standartlashtirilganligi va yuqori takrorlanuvchanlikka ega ekanligini, biroq baʼzi bir patologik cho‘kma elementlarini (silindrlar, kristallar, atipik hujayralar) aniqlashda qo‘lda mikroskopiyaning ustunligini ko‘rsatdi. Xulosa qilib, laboratoriya amaliyotida ikki usulni birgalikda, ya’ni skrining bosqichida analizatordan, patologik natijalarni tasdiqlash bosqichida qo‘lda mikroskopiyadan foydalanish tavsiya etiladi
