Abstrak

Food security has become one of the most important global challenges of the 21st century. Population growth, climate change, water scarcity, environmental degradation, and disruptions in global supply chains have increased the need for innovative approaches in agricultural production and food distribution. Innovative projects involving digital technologies, artificial intelligence, precision agriculture, biotechnology, renewable energy, and blockchain provide practical solutions to improve food availability, accessibility, utilization, and sustainability. This article examines the implementation of innovative projects in food security, analyzes their benefits and challenges, and proposes a comprehensive implementation framework suitable for both developed and developing countries.
