Abstrak

The development of a management system and the determination of trends in the parameters of water use in the context of climate change is important. The average amount of precipitation in the desert zone of the country is less than 200 mm/year, and in the foothills and mountains - varies from 400 to 800 mm / year, with a maximum in the highlands up to 2000 mm/year [1].
