THE ROLE OF LEGAL MECHANISMS IN RISK MINIMIZATION IN PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS

Abstrak

The article explores the legal aspects of risk management in public-private partnership projects, including the concept of legal mechanisms for risk minimization in PPP projects, their key elements, risk identification and distribution, as well as the formation of legal tools for risk management. This study is based on the analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the current practice of this category of projects, as well as the results of research in this area in foreign countries.
