IMPROVING REGULATORY MECHANISMS OF REAL ESTATE ACTIVITIES

Abstrak

Realtor activity is a business activity of legal entities and individuals for the provision of services under real estate contracts and agreements on their rights. The realtor organization must have a special license to carry out the activity. This article provides information on real estate activities, its importance in society and its sustainable development. It is planned to simplify the system of real estate management in Uzbekistan by delegating the licensing of real estate to the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent. Licensing, assistance to privatized enterprises and the development of competition are currently being carried out by the State Committee.
