ANALYSIS OF OUR NATIONAL LEGISLATION ON THE ENFORCEMENT AND RECOGNITION OF DECISIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF ARBITRATION

Abstrak

As a result of the formation of the investment climate in our country and the emergence of enterprises with a foreign element, it is important to theoretically implement the process of enforcement and recognition of decisions of international arbitration courts. Because today, the International Arbitration Courts are becoming an important tool for resolving disputes arising in relations between enterprises with interstate investment and foreign elements. In this context, it is necessary to study the legal basis for the enforcement and recognition of decisions of international arbitral tribunals. This article analyzes some aspects of the enforcement and recognition of decisions of international arbitral tribunals in practice.
