CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND CORRUPTION: GENERAL-THEORETICAL ASPECTS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF UZBEKISTAN AND GEORGIA)

Abstrak

This article provides general and special characteristics of important aspects of corruption and conflict of interests that negatively affect the development of society and the state, and also analyzes them through the prism of the views of scientists. The conflict of interests and harmful consequences of corruption brought to society are listed. The reasons for corruption and conflict of interest are listed. Along with the measures taken by the countries of the world, the activities of international organizations were also carried out. On the basis of the legislation of the state of Georgia and the conclusions of international organizations, the work carried out in the field of combating corruption and conflict of interests has been analyzed.
