THE USE OF CORPUS BASED ACTIVITIES IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING
Том 6 № 8 (2026): Евразийский журнал академических исследований 42-46
Аннотация
This article examines the pedagogical value of corpus based activities in English language teaching through a comprehensive analysis of their contribution to vocabulary development, grammatical accuracy, communicative competence, learner autonomy, and critical language awareness. The discussion also explores the role of teachers in designing effective corpus based tasks, identifies common challenges in classroom implementation, and proposes practical strategies for integrating corpus resources into language instruction. The analysis demonstrates that corpus based activities enhance language acquisition by encouraging learners to discover linguistic patterns independently while strengthening analytical thinking and data driven learning skills.
