This article presents a methodology for enhancing the lexical competence of students in grades 10-11, focusing on Karakalpak groups, through the application of a communicative-cognitive approach. By integrating cognitive strategies and authentic assessments, educators can facilitate the development of lexical skills while promoting cultural understanding.
