Work is underway to ensure the full independence of the judiciary, which is an independent branch of government, in order to increase the confidence of our people in the judicial system, in this regard, some problematic issues arise regarding the balance of the principle of separation of the judiciary. powers. For example, the separation of powers and the absence of judicial control mechanisms in local self-government bodies under the leadership of the governor raise unresolved issues of law enforcement and prevention of violations in this institution of power and, ultimately, arouses well-founded objections from our people. This article is devoted to this issue, the problems in this area that have arisen as a result of the master's thesis are studied in detail, the existing problems and shortcomings in this area are studied in detail, scientifically and practically grounded proposals and recommendations are given. Relevance of the research topic From the first days of Uzbekistan's independence, we set ourselves the goal of building a democratic state based on the rule of law. For this, a number of regulatory legal acts have been adopted and measures have been taken to implement them. Reliable protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, the interests of society and the state, the achievement of justice are defined as the main tasks of the judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Today is the time to strengthen judicial control over the decisions of local authorities. Judicial control should be strengthened to ensure the correct application of the law by local public authorities, retaining the elements of the previous totalitarian regime, administration, and not violating the rights of citizens. However, in the context of large-scale construction work in every region and city of the country, violations of the rights of landowners are widespread in the seizure of land by citizens and legal entities for state and public needs. Therefore, it is necessary to establish judicial control over the activities of local authorities. At the same time, it is necessary to express your attitude towards violations during the trial.
