Financial Policy
This document applies to all scholarly journals and conference proceedings published by Innovative Academy RSC, including this publication.
1. Funding model
Our titles are fully open access and charge readers nothing. Publishing costs (editorial work, typesetting, DOI registration, hosting and archiving) are covered by author fees.

The fee falls due only after an article has been accepted. If a manuscript is rejected, no charge applies.
3. What the fee covers
Editorial and language editing, professional typesetting, DOI registration (Zenodo/DataCite), publication on the website and deposit with indexing services, long-term archiving, the final PDF, a publication certificate and a confirmation letter.
4. How payment works
Payment details are sent after acceptance solely from info@in-academy.uz. For security reasons bank details are not published on the website. Do not pay "invoices" received through other channels, please report such cases to us.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in clause 5 of the Public Offer: full refund if the article is not published through the publisher's fault; refund less the value of services rendered if the author withdraws after payment but before publication; no refund once the article is published and a DOI assigned. Requests are handled within 10 working days.
6. Waivers and discounts
Authors facing financial hardship may request a reduction or a waiver. Each request is considered individually; the decision does not affect the scholarly assessment of the article and is unrelated to the review outcome. Contact: info@in-academy.uz.
7. Editorial independence
Decisions to accept or reject are based solely on scholarly quality. Payment, or the granting of a waiver, has no bearing on editorial decisions. The publisher does not publish material in exchange for advertising or sponsorship.
