Abstract

Temir borat ikki asosiy usulda sintezlanishi mumkin: gaz tashish va eritma eritmasi. Birinchi usul yaxshi rivojlangan asosiy bo'lmagan kristalllarni olish imkonini beradi. Temir borat ilm-fan va texnologiyaning turli sohalarida yuqori texnologiyali amaliy qo'llanmalar uchun juda istiqbolli materialdir. Jumladan, FeBO3 asosida, magnit-optik va magnitakustik transduserlar, asboblar o'ta zaif magnit maydonlarni o'lchash, harorat va bosimlarni aniqlash mumkin.
