MODELS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP, MECHANISMS OF IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract

Existing legal regulations based on different legal traditions and cultures, different levels of economic development and market relations, partnerships between public entities and the private sector in countries with different legal systems are different.  At the same time, based on the generalization of the experience of legal regulation of public-private partnership in different countries, models of public-private partnership are distinguished.
