CONFLICT OF LAW RULES REGULATING PROPERTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SPOUSES

Abstract

This article deals with issues related to the property rights and obligations of spouses, in particular, the applicable law on the property of spouses. At the same time, the conflict of laws rules established by the national legislation of different countries were studied. The content of the Hague Conventions regulating property relations between spouses is also disclosed. In addition, the article discusses in detail the legal regimes applied to property.
