Abstract

In the process of proof, the expansion of prohibited situations, the further improvement of the process of evaluating evidence serves the interests of the individual and increases the confidence of citizens in the bodies of preliminary investigation. The fact that the testimony was taken under torture, with the use of violence, deception and other illegal means is the basis for declaring the evidence inadmissible.
