INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF SAMARKAND DISTRICT (LATE XIX AND EARLY XX CENTURIES)

Abstract

This article describes the transformation processes in the economic life of Samarkand during the reign of the Russian Empire on the basis of sources and scientific literature. Also, the activities of industrial enterprises, products and their role in economic life were analyzed. The growth dynamics and volume of industrial enterprises in Samarkand district are also mentioned.
