METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING FLEXIBILITY IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract
This article examines the methodology for developing flexibility in preschool children. The research analyzed the scientific approaches of both foreign and Uzbek scholars, defining theoretical and practical foundations. The results of experimental sessions demonstrated that systematic application of specific exercises significantly improves muscle elasticity, joint mobility, posture, and overall physical development in children. The paper highlights methodological approaches, pedagogical conditions, and effective techniques for enhancing flexibility in early childhood education.
