Abstract

This article explores the necessity of individualizing professional activity for higher education teachers. It emphasizes the importance of teaching methods in fostering effectiveness and unleashing students' potential. The article addresses the issue of lack of pedagogical knowledge faced by technical university teachers and examines the key competencies required from modern specialists. It highlights the significance of new teaching strategies and the teacher's "leading role" function, substantiating the importance of forming a functionally literate and competitive teacher today.
