ISSUES OF CİVİL LAW REGULATİON OF THE TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT OF ATHLETES İN SPORTS LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to some problematic issues related to the temporary transfer of athletes to another club on a "loan" basis in Uzbek football. To shed light on them, some aspects of the legal regulation of relations regarding the temporary transfers of players on "loan" terms are revealed.
