LEGAL NATURE AND MAIN TERMS OF THE SALES AGREEMENT

Abstract

This article is dedicated to analyzing the legal nature and the main terms of the sales agreement based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It covers the legal relationships that occur during the process of agreement formation, the parties to the agreement, their rights and obligations, and various legal issues that may arise during the drafting and execution of the agreement. Additionally, the article aims to reveal the role and significance of the sales agreement in civil society, thereby contributing to enhancing the legal literacy of the readers.
