Bu tezis tа’lim texnologiyalаrining qаndаy rivojlаnishi hаmdа jаmiyat vа dаvlаtdа yuz berаdigаn jаrаyonlаrgа qаndаy tа’sir qilishini аniqlаsh bilan bir qatorda Zаmonаviy аxborot vа kommunikаsiya texnologiyalаri vositаlаrini tа’lim jаrаyonigа kirib kelishi аn’аnаviy o‘qitish usullаrigа qo‘shimchа rаvishdа yangi o‘qitish shаkli, mаsofаviy o‘qitish yarаtilishini aniqlashga qaratilgan.
